Terms of use

The ground rules for using Find & Bind

These Terms explain your responsibilities when using the service and the role Find & Bind plays in user-to-user interactions.

Last updated:

In short

Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, respect other users, and check an offer before agreeing to it. Find & Bind provides publishing, discovery, and communication tools; users remain responsible for the arrangements they choose to make with one another.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Find & Bind, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use the service only if you have the legal capacity required for the activities you undertake. If you use Find & Bind for a company, organisation, or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them and bind them to these Terms where applicable.

Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so or if your account has been suspended and you have not been authorised to return.

3. Find & Bind's role

Find & Bind provides tools for users to publish requests and listings, discover content, and communicate. Unless expressly stated for a specific feature, Find & Bind is not a party to an arrangement between users and does not act as a buyer, seller, employer, recruitment agency, landlord, tenant, broker, or provider of the item or service described in a post.

Find & Bind does not guarantee that a user, post, item, service, job, property, price, statement, or opportunity is accurate, available, suitable, lawful, or will lead to a completed arrangement.

4. Accounts and access

  • Provide information that is accurate and keep it reasonably current.
  • Maintain one account only where the service does not expressly allow otherwise.
  • Keep your password and login codes confidential and use reasonable care with your account.
  • Do not sell, transfer, lend, or share access to an account in a misleading way.
  • Notify Find & Bind through an official channel if you reasonably believe your account is being misused.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Account access may require verification or other reasonable checks.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish it and that it is not misleading or unlawful.

By submitting content, you grant Find & Bind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, improve, and present the service and its features. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable technical, legal, and recordkeeping needs and copies already shared by others.

Do not include confidential or sensitive information in a public post. You understand that public content can be copied, linked, or shared by others.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Find & Bind to:

  • Break the law, facilitate unlawful conduct, or violate another person's rights.
  • Post fraudulent, deceptive, materially inaccurate, or impersonating content.
  • Offer prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or unlawfully obtained goods or services.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person.
  • Send spam, manipulate engagement, or repeatedly post substantially duplicate content.
  • Distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe security, or interfere with operation of the service.
  • Collect or scrape data through automated means without written permission or a clearly permitted interface.
  • Circumvent an account restriction, technical limit, safety control, or moderation action.
  • Misuse another person's personal information or request credentials or one-time codes.

7. Communications and user arrangements

Users decide whether to communicate, meet, inspect, negotiate, pay, deliver, hire, rent, or enter another arrangement. Before proceeding, make checks appropriate to the value and risk involved, including identity, authority, condition, ownership, licensing, price, payment, delivery, and written terms where relevant.

You are responsible for taxes, permits, licences, disclosures, insurance, and other obligations that apply to your own activity. Do not rely on a profile, badge, message, or post as a substitute for independent verification.

Never share your password or a one-time login code. Be cautious with advance payments, unfamiliar links, unusually favourable offers, and pressure to act quickly.

8. Fees and paid features

Some features may be available without charge, while optional features may be offered for a fee. If a paid feature is offered, its price and any additional terms should be shown before you confirm the purchase. Taxes or third-party charges may apply where stated or required.

9. Moderation and reports

Find & Bind may review, restrict, move, refuse, or remove content, and may limit features or accounts, where reasonably considered necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, address reports, reduce harm, or comply with law. There is no obligation to pre-screen every user, post, or message.

A reporting tool is for genuine concerns. Do not knowingly submit a false, misleading, or abusive report.

10. Find & Bind intellectual property

The service's software, interface, branding, logos, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where the law permits or written permission is given, you may not copy, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected parts of Find & Bind.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Find & Bind intellectual property to you.

11. Third-party services and links

The service may contain links to or work with third-party websites, maps, payment methods, communication tools, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. Find & Bind is not responsible for an independent third party's content, availability, or conduct.

12. Suspension, closure, and availability

You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account or post controls to close eligible content. Find & Bind may suspend or close access where these Terms are materially or repeatedly breached, where risk or unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected, or where needed to protect or discontinue a feature.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Where practical and appropriate, notice may be provided for a material change.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. No promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, or that user content will be accurate or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision involves legal, financial, medical, property, employment, or other specialised matters.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Find & Bind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from another user's content, conduct, item, service, payment, or arrangement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory consumer right or liability that applicable law requires to remain.

15. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Applicable law and the courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction govern disputes, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown when a new version is published; continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply to later use where permitted by law.
